Dr. (H.C) Mamta Godiyal

Vertical Head – Learning & Development

Mamta Godiyal is a L&D leader with over 23 years of experience in banking and financial services, known for her aligning workforce development with business transformation. Honoured with an Honorary Doctorate, involved international organisations for women, youth and child empowerment. As Chairperson of the Child Welfare Committee and Mentor of Change with NITI Aayog, she holds several advisory roles in education and policy. A certified mental wellness coach and influential voice in financial literacy and well-being.
